KICKBOXING

 

A fun one hour class incorporating authentic punch and kick techniques. All work is done in partners, each learning how to be the attacker and the defender. A great deal of attention to form and technique for both safety and efficiency of the workout. Fat burning, muscle toning fun. All classes end with abdominal work and stretch.

 
   

OUTDOOR BOOT CAMP

 

Fresh air and exercise ! We use the beautiful Richmond Green Park incorporating cardio, strength and agility. This class is structured in such a way that it is suitable for all levels of fitness from beginner to those who are really looking for a great challenge.
