teach your classes, how kickboxing differs from my boxfit classes, how to
instruct, and I even got to practice using pads and got a great workout ... more

I initially contacted Gail with a view to using her personal training skills
to get back in shape knowing it was time to bite the bullet and get down to some
hard, but not necessarily enjoyable workouts.
Gail suggested that I try kick boxing as a fitness regime, I reluctantly
agreed, not really believing it's what I wanted. Within 2 lessons, I was hooked!
The one hour class flies by, it is such a rush, and delivered by an instructor
who has an obvious passion for the sport. I can't say enough about the benefits,
they're both physical and mental. If you've ever had a particularly stressful
day, I can attest that a one hour kick boxing session with Gail will relieve you
of all the day's tension.
